COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are pleased to announce that Satluj Multimedia is taking all necessary precautions to ensure all health and safety of our staff and customers. We want to thank you, our valued customers and our team members, for trusting us and working together to protect the health and safety of our community. We are committed to ensuring safety protocols are met while providing services to our customers. To minimize the risk of spread, we have taken the following safety measures:

• Virtual meetings: In order to understand our client’s needs and to gather project requirements, we are using virtual meetings in stead of physical meetings through Zoom, Google Meet or GoToMeeting.
• Working remotely: Most of our staff including designer and editors are working either from their homes or working remotely to minimize the physical contact.
• By appointments only: We have encouraged our customers to book their appointment beforehand if they absolutely need to visit our office.
• Masks are mandatory: Wearing a mask is required when entering the facilities for the safety of our employees and customers.

We remain optimistic and confident that if we all stay committed to safe health practices, we will get out of this crisis sooner. We recognize the hard work from our team members and are grateful for their commitment to serving our customers while ensuring the safety of our community.
